Show your support for a school star

The Kent Teacher of the Year Awards are staged every year by the KM Charity Team.
They were started to mark the vital contribution that teaching staff make to our community.
The awards recognise the expertise and dedication that is the hallmark of an outstanding teacher.
Award categories include primary, secondary, newly qualified teacher, non teaching member of staff including dinner ladies and caretakers and a volunteer award, which includes members of the PTA and governors.
A panel of judges select winners from the local authority areas, Ashford, Canterbury, Dartford, Dover, Gravesham, Maidstone, Medway, Sevenoaks, Shepway, Swale, Thanet, Tonbridge and Malling and Tunbridge Wells.
Top staff are invited to a ceremony at Hempstead House Hotel in Bapchild, Sittingbourne.
The awards are supported by a number of community partners including Kent County Council, Edu Kent, Medway Council, Canterbury Christ Church University, Three R's Teacher Recruitment, Brachers,Independent Music Productions, Nova IT Solutions, Southern Educational Leadership Trust, Social Enterprise Kent and Hempstead House.
