Phil Gallagher, best known for his role as Mister Maker on the BBC CBeebies television show, hails from Kent and is an Honorary Patron of the children's charity KM Charity Team.
Ted is the mascot of the KM Charity Team and personal friend of Phil. The two go everywhere together and have excellent adventures!
