Please note due to circumstances beyond our control the Abseil on 21 March has been cancelled and will be rescheduled for later in the year. If you have booked a place you will be contacted via email for a refund or to defer to the new date. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.
Take part in an abseil challenge and raise money for the good cause of your choice.
Participants must be aged 10+ and can support any charity – simply select the good cause from the drop-down list when making your booking. If the charity is not on the list, email firstname.lastname@example.org who will add it on for you.
Those aged 10 to 17 years must have a legal guardian present (the guardian does not have to do the abseil).
Participants should aim to raise at least £75 in sponsorship, with 70 per cent of the money raised going to their chosen cause and 30 per cent received by the KM Charity Team’s children’s literacy and road safety schemes. The KM Charity Team pays for the event costs out of its share of the pot.
Next year’s abseil event will take place at:
- Thomas Place, Maidstone on Saturday 21st March 2020.

KM Abseil Challenges are staged as fundraising events to support the educational services delivered by the KM Charity Team. Booking charges and corporate sponsorship, together with our share of sponsorship raised by participants, are put towards the educational work of the KM Charity Team in the county’s schools.
